* Your booking is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received, and you will receive a confirmation email or message.


## 7. Service Delivery


Our services are entirely digital — no physical goods are shipped.


* Live sessions (call/video/chat) are delivered at the scheduled appointment time selected during booking.
* Written or asynchronous readings (e.g., sent via WhatsApp or email) are delivered within [X hours / business days] of your session or submitted question.

## 8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
